"The ties in the back of the hat go down the back of your neck and behind your ears and are meant to tie under your chin. For me, this pulled the hat down on my back and was very uncomfortable. I’m not sure why the ties are placed in such an awkward position. The usual placement, on the sides of your head, would have been better for me. On another matter, customer service was helpful with the return."

It had no protection around the hat to prevent damage. Hat ran big and returning it was costly with a deduction of shipping, return shipping and tax deducted from my return."
