"I like the merchandise. I don't like that they removed the discount. I called them asking for them to put the discount back on. They said there's nothing that they can do about it. I should return the merchandise and reorder it. When I reordered the merchandise the discount once again disappeared. I called them again asking them to honor the discount that showed up while I was ordering. When I checked out the discount disappeared again. Miracle, the person I spoke to the second time said they aren't responsible for the discounts. She couldn't help me. I canceled the second order. She had a hard time finding the order. I gave her the order number 3 times. I get the impression that they have a bait and swith type of business."

Weird proportions, loose buttons, uncomfortable material

"The sleeves are both too tight and too long. The fabric is super thick and uncomfortable. Feels like wearing a canvas and not at all breathable. Buttons were sewn loosely and one fell off when trying on one time. Loose hanging threads. I have NEVER spent this much on one item of clothing - I expected exceptional quality and was shocked at how bad it was. Design is super pretty so it is such a shame i couldnt keep it. I sent it back and they better give me my money back or i will protest. Instead, I bought some $45 dresses on Amazon that I am happy with."

"I ordered this item in plenty of time for a trip. I bought tons of stuff, spent tons of money and they sent one random hat in the package. I’ve been contact customer service daily for 4 days straight. No response. I have been a loyalty customer for many many many years and not sure I’ll ever buy something from there again."

"Beautiful, but pricey. I took off 5 inches from the back, which was skimming the floor. 3” hemmed from the front evened it out I would like to shorten the sleeves, but not ready to tackle the French cuffs Overall fit was fine"

"god, sunproof clothes that feel like real clothes! I was very annoyed when coolibar bought mott 50, because mott 50 used to be basically the only place selling totally unremarkable normal everyday clothes for for those of us who need UPF all of the time, and don't want to toggle between "poolside drinks" and "rugged adventure" as our only sartorial modes. And the first post-merge mott50 collections were like, make it FASHION, make it ASYMMETRICAL, what if your UPF was SEXY. which I applaud in theory but not at the expense of A) the primary directive of covering my actual skin, and B) ever getting to look regular. Anyway, this dress is beautiful and well made and feels good. I would like it to be a little longer. I would like the wynwood and monroe and hydra poncho all to be different, so that I could buy them, because I can't imagine who is more your audience than I am, except that you're doing fkjhkgfkng cool necklines and sexy side slits. please stop that."
