At Coolibar, our goal is to provide you with reliable UPF 50+ protection that keeps you comfortable and happy. If you are not satisfied, simply return any unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 90 days of purchase.
Just follow these easy instructions:
Step 1. Initiate your return at returns.coolibar.com
Step 2. Pull up your order by entering the order # in the search field
Step 3. Identify the item(s) you wish to return
Step 4. Select your return reason(s), provide any supporting information/documentation, and submit
Step 5. Print out your return label. A $6.95 shipping charge (plus applicable tax) will be deducted from the amount of your return
Step 6. Ship the product back to us
- Canada and Australia Customers who purchased items BEFORE January 11th, 2022: please fill out this downloadable form to initiate your return
- Canada and Australia Customers who purchased items AFTER January 11th, 2022: use this LINK to initiate your return
- All other International Customers: web-initiated returns are not available for international customers at this time. Instead, please fill out this downloadable form and include with your return.
The fine print:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
- We do not take returns on final sale / clearance items or as otherwise designated at the time of purchase.
- Due to health concerns, all mask, gaiter or bandana sales are final - no returns or exchanges
- In order to process your order refund quickly, Coolibar is no longer accepting exchanges. All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. No exceptions.
- Once your package is received in the Coolibar Warehouse, it can take up to 4 business days for our Returns Department to process your return. During our busy season, turnaround time can be longer; however, we will do everything we can to complete your return in a timely manner.
- After your return is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back.
- Returning a gift? All Gift Returns will be credited back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. No exceptions.
- A shipping label charge of $6.95 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the amount of your return. This label is for use in the United States only.
