At Coolibar, our goal is to provide you with technical elegance and reliable UPF 50+ protection that keeps you comfortable and happy. We will gladly accept the return of merchandise, including sale items, but excluding clearance items. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. If you’re not satisfied, simply return your item/s within 90 days of purchase for a refund made to the original payment method.

All you need to do is fill out the Return form found in your packaging and ship it along with your item/s to Coolibar. If you don’t have this form, you can download one HERE

When shipping your return back to us you have 2 options:

  1. Using the Coolibar Convenience Return Label enclosed in your package. If you use the Coolibar Label provided, $6.95 will be deducted from the amount of your return. This label is for use in the United States only. If you choose to use this Convenience Label, we recommend that you write the tracking number down for your records. And for faster processing, please write your order number on the label. Please note, because of the convenience label shipping method, your package may take up to 15 days to arrive at our warehouse.
  2. Send via a carrier of your choice. Address all returns to:

Just a few more things to keep in mind…

  • All Clearance item purchases are final; no refunds given..
  • In order to process your order refund quickly, Coolibar is no longer accepting exchanges. All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. No exceptions.
  • Once your package is received in the Coolibar Warehouse, it can take up to 4 business days for our Returns Department to process your return. During our busy season, turnaround time can be longer but we will do everything we can to complete your return in a timely manner
  • After your return is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back.
  • Returning a gift? All Gift Returns will be credited back to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
