Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for your return to be processed in our facility. Thank you for your patience.

Our goal is to provide you with versatile and reliable UPF 50+ protection that keeps you comfortable and makes you happy. Coolibar will gladly accept the return of the merchandise, including sale items, but excluding clearance items. If you’re not satisfied, simply return your purchase; just send it back within 90 days of purchase for a refund made to the original payment method. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tagging.

New in 2019: In order to process your order refund quickly, Coolibar is no longer accepting exchange orders via Return forms. All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. No exceptions.

Please note the following:

  • Our Return policy does NOT apply to our Clearance section.  All Clearance item purchases are final; no refunds given.
  • You are responsible for return shipping cost. You may use a carrier of your choice OR use the Coolibar Convenience Return Label enclosed in your package.  If you use the Coolibar Label* provided, $6.95 will be deducted from the amount of your return. 
  • Returned Items – please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back.

Returning a gift? All Gift Returns will be credited back to the original purchaser’s method of payment.  No exceptions.
