Smart Return Protection:

Fast, worry-free returns with no handling fee
If you selected Smart Return Protection at checkout, eligible returns can be completed through our Return Portal with a faster, more streamlined experience following the same return policy you know and trust.

Standard Return Option

Easy returns without Smart Return Protection
If Smart Return Protection wasn’t selected at checkout, returns can still be completed through our Return Portal. A return handling fee will apply based on your order type.

Fees:

 • Domestic orders: $7.95 return fee
 • International orders: $20.00 return fee (plus applicable tax)

Please Note:

  • Final sale or clearance items, and items otherwise marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return.
  • For health and safety reasons, all mask, gaiter, and bandana sales are final with no returns or exchanges.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
