NOTE: The cutoff for Expedited Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day Air) is 12pm ET. Orders placed after 12pm ET will not go out until the next day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays
  • Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or canceled as it enters our Warehouse Processing Queue immediately and no changes can be made.
  • Standard Shipping may be a combination of UPS/USPS which delivers to your local post office and then your post office will deliver your package along with your other U.S. Mail.

Things to consider when shipping internationally

  • Unless indicated at checkout, Coolibar does not collect any brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, or similar taxes at the time you place your order. These fees are determined and collected by your government. You will be asked to pay the applicable amount at the time your shipment is released to you

Q: How can I check and track the status of my order?
A: If you are placing the order online, make sure to include your e-mail address; you will receive a copy of your order and a tracking number via e-mail. You may also visit the order status section on Coolibar.com for package tracking information or you may call 1-800-926-6509 and speak with a customer service representative.

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Q: Can I come to your office to purchase products or pick up my order?
A: As of March 2020 our showroom has been closed to the public.

Q: Is there tax on my order?
A: We are required to collect sales tax in states where it is required. Coolibar follows the state laws and regulations about what is taxable and what is not taxable.
