"Disappointed with this purchase. The hat arrived wrinkled, doesn’t hold its shape, and is too large for my head. I considered returning it, but the additional CAD $28 handling fee on top of the shipping cost made it impractical, so I ended up keeping it."
"This hat runs so small and I have a small head. It barely fits the top portion of my head 🤢😬 it won’t even stay on , even slightly moving your head it falls off, it’s impossible to wear it. Money wasted. Took it out today to test it, tiny bit of drift and keeps flying off the head. Extremely unhappy ❤️🩹😢"
"I was very excited for this hat but it did not hold its shape during shipping. I returned it and note that it takes about a month to get a refund. It was received back 6/8 it’s 6/25 and I’m still waiting for my refund. Website does state 15 business days and they hold you to it!"
"Highly recommend. I'm on my third one of this style hat (lost one, wore out the second, just bought the third) -- it's been perhaps a decade or more of wearing it almost every sunny day. I've worn it comfortably and protectively in the desert, in Florida, in Maine. It's the perfect brim for unobtrusive, serious protection, much better than a bucket or baseball hat and nearly as protective as the hats with neck drapes. It doesn't trap insects as you walk, like the hats with drapes. Many times other women, sometimes old (like me), sometimes young, have stopped me as I'm taking a walk and asked where I got the hat. Some small things to be mindful of: the neck strap is only clipped, not sewn, to the brim, and can detach. I reinforce my straps with a few stitches. Also, this hat is no good in the car, too big a brim all around, so, for driving when the sun is streaming in, I wear the Sora Ultra Sun Visor. Last of all, don't wash it in the washer; the brim can lose its nice round shape."

"I was looking for a washable hat with lots of coverage. This hat does the job but for all its adjustability it’s so small. Certainly not the 22 inches as advertised. Bigger with the adjustability and it would be five stars."
