NOT FOR THE OCEAN!

"I have recently found Coolibar and have purchased 8 items and love 7 of them, but not these swim bottoms. They are not suitable for swimming. Ironic that these are named for the ocean. DO NOT WEAR THESE IN THE OCEAN SURF. I am a strong swimmer and nearly drowned in the surf. The double lining holds the water. For me the ankles are very tight and the waist is a bit loose and it just retained water like water balloons and dragged me down. I am a fairly straight shaped Medium (maybe a bit rounder in the belly), but I got a size Large based on the reviews to size up. I could not have taken a smaller size in the lower legs the calves & ankles are super tight."
